There
is much to see and do here at Sproat Lake in the Alberni Valley
and Lakeshore Campground & Cottage has everything you need to
make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!
All
of our 31 sites have pure clean water, power, cable and sewer hookups.
Sites also have individual fire rings and firewood is available
at the main office. We do permit small pets and a designated walk
area is provided.
For
your convenience Lakeshore has clean, modern washrooms and laundry
facilities. There is also an onsite sani-station.
Sproat
Lake is known for its warm waters and, during the summer months,
aquatic activities are very popular here. Lakeshore Campground and
Cottage has a private swimming area with a diving board and slide
for hours of fun! Sproat Lake is also an ideal location for water
skiing and we have a ski dock to take off from! Boat moorage is
available for registered guests.
Nearby
you will find a convenience store where you can pick up fishing
licenses, tackle, ice cream, etc., and a pub with home cooked food
and liquor sales. The city of Port Alberni is only 14 kilometers
(8 miles) away and there are major food, camping, marine and RV
supplies/services as well as other specialty retail stores available.

such as bread, coffee, milk, juice, ice cream, snacks, fishing licenses,
fishing tackle, suntan lotion and other miscellaneous items.

- Distance: 2km (1 mile); A great place to take a time out. Try
some of Vancouver Island’s micro brewery’s beer. Enjoy
hearty food and good times. Liquor off sales are also available.

Hardware stores as well as a Canadian Tire store that carry camping
products and supplies. There are major food retailers and specialty
